| 1. What is the F.A.S.T. Subscription Service? |

FreeLotto® F.A.S.T. is a subscription service which is the best way to ensure that you have that chance to win every day. With your FAST subscription, your numbers are played in all six games automatically daily , and we automatically check your numbers for you. You never have to worry about forgetting to play or losing a ticket. When you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize. You will be charged a service fee for 30 days. The service charge will be renewed every 30 days.

| 2. How do I sign up for FreeLotto® F.A.S.T.? |

The easiest way to register for F.A.S.T. is to go to our website and click on the LARGE banner to the right of our gameboard pages. You can also signup through promotions in Results emails.

| 3. How do I change my F.A.S.T. player profile information name, address, e-mail address, etc? |
|
Click on the link in the F.A.S.T. results e-mail that reads: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here".
You will be brought to a page that reads: You are logged in as (user id). Input your password. You will be brought to the player profile page. Please re-enter your password. Make the changes needed. (If you have forgotten your password, please see below.)
Or go to "Edit Player Profile" while you are on our website. You will need to know your username and password.

| 4. I forgot my password. What can I do? |

Simply click on the link in the F.A.S.T. results e-mail that reads: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be brought to a page that reads: You are logged in as (user id). Click on the link "Forgot your password?" Your password will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you used to register for FreeLotto®. You may also contact Customer Service at FAST@FreeLotto.com

| 5. How do I change my numbers? |
STEP 1:
Click the link below the numbers in your FAST results e-mail that reads "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be brought to the Fast User center. Enter your password in the space provided.
STEP 2:
You are now on your FAST personal profile page. Re-enter your password. On this page you can change your mailing address, e-mail address or your password.
STEP 3:
To change your FAST numbers, scroll to the middle of the page where you will see the section marked "FAST". Click on your FAST subscription number that is active.
STEP 4:
You will be brought to the page with your chosen numbers for each game. Input the numbers you would like to play in each game. At the bottom of the page, click Submit. Then at the next page, review the numbers and confirm.

| 6. How do I cancel my subscription? |
|
With over $82,779,793.00 awarded to date, please give careful consideration before cancelling your FAST subscription. What would happen if your numbers were drawn and you had cancelled your account? You must be in it to win it! Automatic play and automatic prize processing allows you to sit back and relax- we do all the work. For less than the cost of a pack of gum, you can enjoy the convenience of having your numbers played in all six games for a chance to win $11,000,000.00 in daily prizes. The odds are better than most state lotteries. Regardless of your decision we want to thank you and wish you the best of luck!

STEP 5:
You are now on the Subscription Modification Confirmation page. For security and verification purposes, you are required to enter the encrypted security code in the field provided. After doing so, please state your reason for cancellation in the comments section. Please note that both fields are required. Click on "Cancel It:".
You will then see an onscreen confirmation that your FAST subscription has been cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE: Clicking on the link to unsubscribe in the Results e-mail simply removes you from our e-mail results distribution list but does not deactivate your account.

| 7. How do you notify me that my account is going to be renewed? |
|
You will see a special message at the bottom of your results e-mail 10 days before the 30 day period is up that tells you when your subscription will be renewed.

| 8. How do you notify me if I am a winner? |
|
As always, the Results Email contains the draw results for that day and indicates how many numbers you have matched in each game, as well as the $ amount of your winnings.
Automatic game entries and automatic prize payment processing are two of the main features for our FreeLotto FAST subscription service. Because you are a FAST player it is not necessary to forward a win claim to us. FAST players are automatically sent their $1 and $5 wins within 60-90 days of the win date.
All Grand Prize winners and Second Prize Winners are notified by U.S. Postal mail.Prize Claim Documents need to be completed, notarized, and returned to PlasmaNet.

| 9. How many numbers do I need to match to be a winner? |

In games 2-6 there are no 2nd, 3rd or 4th prizes. You need to match all numbers in order to win in these games:

| 10. I am not receiving my results. What can I do |
|
We send out one confirmation e-mail for all games before the cutoff time for the day. Results e-mails are sent automatically each night after the winning numbers have been posted. If you are not receiving either of these, there are two possibilities. Perhaps you entered an incorrect e-mail address when you registered. It is also possible that your provider may block your access to receive e-mail from our company (We are a large mailer) In this case, it may be easiest to subscribe to a free e-mail account such as www.yahoo.com or www.netscape.com .

You will be brought to the page with your chosen numbers for each game. Click on "Change Credit Card". Input the new information. On the next page, click on "Click2Win". PLEASE NOTE: Clicking on the link to unsubscribe in the Results e-mail simply removes you from our e-mail results distribution list, but does not deactivate your account.
Or, contact our F.A.S.T. customer service center by e-mail. Don't include your credit card information in an e-mail. Let us know by e-mail that you would like to change credit cards. We will arrange a time when we can call you or you can call us. Write to FAST@freelotto.com
