FreeLotto® F.A.S.T. is a subscription service pursuant to which your selected numbers are automatically played in all six games each day. The F.A.S.T. subscription service is optional and not required in order for you to play FreeLotto. Although your chances or odds of winning a given FreeLotto game are not increased or bettered with F.A.S.T., it is the best way to ensure that you have that chance to win every day. With your F.A.S.T. subscription, we automatically check your numbers for you. You never have to worry about forgetting to play or losing a ticket. When you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize. You will be charged a service fee for a 30 day subscription. The service charge will be automatically renewed every 30 days unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
The easiest way to register for F.A.S.T. is to go to our website and click on the LARGE banner to the right of our gameboard pages. You can also signup through promotions in Results emails.
Click on the link in the F.A.S.T. results e-mail that reads: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here".
You will be brought to a page that reads: You are logged in as (user id). Input your password. You will be brought to the player profile page. Please re-enter your password. Make the changes needed. (If you have forgotten your password, please see below.)
Or go to "Edit Player Profile" while you are on our website. You will need to know your username and password.
Simply click on the link in the F.A.S.T. results e-mail that reads: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be brought to a page that reads: You are logged in as (user id). Click on the link "Forgot your password?" Your password will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you used to register for FreeLotto®. You may also contact Customer Service at FAST@FreeLotto.com
If you do not want to cancel your account, click the “Do not cancel” button.
If you click "Yes, cancel it", you will then see an onscreen confirmation that your FAST subscription has been canceled.
You will see a special message at the bottom of your results e-mail 10 days before the 30 day period is up that tells you when your subscription will be renewed.
As always, the Results Email contains the draw results for that day and indicates how many numbers you have matched in each game, as well as the $ amount of your winnings.
Automatic game entries and automatic prize payment processing are two of the main features for our FreeLotto FAST subscription service. Because you are a FAST player it is not necessary to forward a win claim to us. As of September 15th, 2008, FAST players' $1 and $5 wins are automatically paid to their credit card and will be indicated on your credit card statement as "PNI- Fast Prize Payment". These prize payments, processed as a credit to your account, will occur within 5 days of the win date.
All Grand Prize winners and Second Prize Winners are notified by U.S. Postal mail.Prize Claim Documents need to be completed, notarized, and returned to PlasmaNet.

In games 2-6 there are no 2nd, 3rd or 4th prizes. You need to match all numbers in order to win in these games:

We send out one confirmation e-mail for all games before the cutoff time for the day. Results e-mails are sent automatically each night after the winning numbers have been posted. If you are not receiving either of these, there are two possibilities. Perhaps you entered an incorrect e-mail address when you registered. It is also possible that your provider may block your access to receive e-mail from our company (We are a large mailer). In this case, it may be easiest to subscribe to a free e-mail account such as www.yahoo.com or www.gmail.com .
Now you can see your Results and the numbers you played for the last 30 days, as well as your Confirmation numbers (TSN). Simply visit our website at www.freelotto.com and login with your username. Click on "See the Results" near the top of the page. Then choose the date you would like to view, and you will see the Results and the numbers you played, as well as your TSN numbers.
Or, contact our F.A.S.T. customer service center by e-mail. Don't include your credit card information in an e-mail. Let us know by e-mail that you would like to change credit cards. We will arrange a time when we can call you or you can call us. Write to FAST@freelotto.com
